Artist's Description
This photograph of the abandoned B&O railroad depot in Chillicothe, Ohio was taken in April, 2004. The rail service to Chillicothe was discontinued in 1985 and the tracks were removed six years later. The depot was destroyed by a suspicious fire in early February 2012. All that is left now are the childhood memories. But, could that be a train arriving at the station or was I just dreaming of a Phantom Train?
