HI I just love Mt. Hood , it is my favorite place to go after the first snow fall. But everywhere is wonderful. Our youngest daughter lives NE of Edmonton AB and we travel there every other year or so. Beautiful mountain ranges there. Keep your cameras going.
Charles Robinson replied:
Thank you, Kathleen. I love your paintings. I just purchased your "Detail the Legacy" to give to my son, who collects wolves. He will love it.
Gary Holmes
Beautiful shot, nice lenticular clouds. vf. I really like the rugged shape of Mount Hood, not rounded off like Rainier and Adams. You guys in the PNW get all the best mountains. Is that the Timberline Lodge on the shoulder to the right?
Charles Robinson replied:
Thank you, Gary. I really love our mountains. I think that what you are looking at is a rock outcrop on the shoulder. I think Timberline Lodge would be very close to the edge of the snow on the right flank.
