Laughing here! I know that look and have one similar to this in my Animals gallery. Yours is much more in focus than mine was. Did she sneak up behind you? The one that I took a photo of was nosing my backside as I was taking photographs of other deer several yards away. I didn't even know she was there until my friend, who was sitting in the car, starting making whistling noises and hand motions to me. lol

It was more a look of indecison, "Should I run?" She ran away as soon as I shot the photo.
