Palouse Falls #1 metal print by Charles Robinson.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description

On March 18, 2014, Governor Jay Inslee signed the bill designating Palouse Falls as the Official Washington State Waterfall. I am always drawn back to the awesome beauty of Palouse Falls. In the spring during the peak runoff season it is really impressive as it kicks up a cloud of spray as it tumbles over the basalt cliffs of the Columbia Plateau. The Palouse River is way to small to carved the deep canyon below the falls. It was created by the catastrophic Great Missoula Lake flood during the last Ice Age.
